Meet Alyssa, Branch Manager Newton Highlands
My name is Alyssa De Moore. I am the branch manager of Newton Highlands and I’ve been here for 12 years.
What do you like best about being a Village Banker
I love the community the bank has built. We’re like a big family. Everybody supports everybody.
What is special about the Newton Highlands branch?
Something cool about our Highlands branch is it was recently renovated. We are a branch run by all women and collectively speak four different languages. One thing I love about the Highlands is our customers. You know, they look at us as their family. Not only do they trust us with their finances, but they look forward to coming into the bank every day and telling us about their life updates, you know, their kids first birthday party coming up, a surprise party that they’re throwing their husband or wife. that we arguably have the best candy here at New Highlands. And then also, when you come in and make a deposit or a withdrawal, you get to pick a joke or a positive affirmation.
