We have implemented several programs designed to create individual career development paths for our employees.

  • Supervisory Development: prepares individuals to assume first line supervisory responsibilities.
  • Management Trainee Program: a six-month program that prepares an employee for a career in bank management through a rotation curriculum spanning each area of the bank.
  • Management Training Series: participants meet one day a month to develop skills needed to build and manage an effective team.
  • Leadership Academy: a 5-day program that teaches managers how to develop and implement strategies to achieve the Bank’s goals and objectives.
